You are currently in Top Blogs, and while the two sections are functionally identical, Top Blogs is only for personal weblogs and sites that do not feature a large amount of multimedia content. If you own a porn video blog or a photo blog, you are advised to sign up in Photo Blogs.
We need to maintain a tight distinction between the two sections, and your listing will be rejected if you are listed under the wrong section. For more information on how the website works, read our Frequently Asked Questions.
Meanwhile, to list your blog, you need to create an account. This is a quick process and you are only required to fill out the following fields. You can log in to to change any of these values later in your control panel. While you're at it, please also remember to upload a 200px by 75px banner and place the tracking code in your site (we can't track your blog stats otherwise).
